A product born with and for “Herbaria”, the event dedicated to spontaneous herbs organized in the province of Macerata.

Rugni, Speragne and Crispigne blanched in wine and vinegar and then sautéed in a pot with spices: Strascinate as they say in our country. It is thanks to this collaboration that we have been able to bring the old country herbs back to life. Semi-soft sauce with an intense green color.

Scent of fresh herbs and complex flavor: the bitterness of the herbs gives way to a slight acidity that whets the appetite. Excellent in combination with boiled chicken and beef, with carpaccio or together with ricotta and soft cheeses, on appetizers or as an appetizer.
