Farina integrale di Mais “Quarantino” BIO – Mulino Bravi

This is the ancient variety of corn from the Marche region that has been recovered thanks to local organic microproductions. Its use is traditionally related to the preparation of polenta, but it can also be used for bread, cakes and other domestic preparations.
