Cookies made by hand according to the artisan tradition of the confectioner. The raw materials used are entirely organic: organic Monococco wholemeal spelt flour and stone-ground organic corn flour, organic cocoa, organic butter, organic eggs and organic cane sugar. All flours are whole and not reconstituted stone-ground, promoting an environmentally sustainable and quality-conscious product.

Very tasty cookie thanks to the combination of spelt and cocoa and crunchy thanks to cornmeal.

Chef's recommendation: always with a good coffee.
