Soft and homogeneous gelatin. The intense, vinous aroma, with strong notes of wild berries, characteristic of the lacrima wine, is a prelude to the rich flavor, with a sour and acidulous aftertaste. Particularly suitable for accompanying paté, foie gras, game, drunken and blue cheeses. Even as a spoon dessert, it does not contain alcohol.
